How do I get the newest release of a font I licensed?
If you licensed a typeface or particular style, send an email to us with your order number and we’ll send you the newest version! Email us at hello@doublestory.ink.
How do I know when new releases are available?
The best way is through our Newsletter. We'll send out a newsletter on every release so you never miss one. You can also follow us on our socials where we will announce it as well.
I'm a student, which license should I purchase to use your fonts in my school projects?
A Non-Commercial license covers all student work! As long as you're not making any money directly off the project, you're good to go. Read more about our licenses on our License page.
Can a designer or printer use the font I licensed for my brand?
Yes! As a subcontractor, they will be allowed to use the font you licensed. However, they must destroy their copy of the font(s) when they’re done working with you. Please read more about subcontractors in our EULA.
I'm a designer licensing a font(s) for my client, who owns the license?
Your client owns the license. For that project or relationship, you are a subcontractor for your client. You must follow all policies of a subcontractor which you can read about in our EULA.
Will a Non-Commercial license cover any web or app use?
No, Non-Commercial licenses only cover desktop use. To use our fonts on the web or in an app, please purchase a Commercial License. Read more about our licenses on our License page.
